West Bromwich Albion have made a £4m bid for Wigan Athletic midfielder Callum McManaman, according to reports.
Baggies manager Tony Pulis is keen to strengthen his squad in the January window and has identified McMananman as a key target this month, according to the Telegraph.
The paper says that Wigan have rejected the offer, but Pulis is poised to increase his bid to nearer the £6m mark sought by the Latics.
McManaman has scored five goals in 22 appearances so far this season.
