West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster believes that Saturday's 1-0 win over Southampton will give the side the freedom that they need to continue their ascent up the table.
Saido Berahino netted the winning goal after just two minutes at The Hawthorns, and Foster has said that the result will lead to more relaxed team displays for the remainder of the season as relegation now seems unlikely.
Foster told talkSPORT: "There's going to be no easy games between now and the end of the season and we know they are going to be fighting tooth and nail for every ball.
"Hopefully we can start playing some more relaxed football now as it's always a bit tetchy when you are down the bottom. We know what it's like playing in a relegation fight though."
Saturday's win leaves Albion 13th in the Premier League table, having only lost one game since Tony Pulis's appointment as manager.
