West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has insisted that he will use Peter Odemwingie between now and the end of the season.
The Nigerian striker's future with the Baggies has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks after he went public on Twitter to criticise the club for not letting him join Queens Park Rangers in January.
However, Clarke has revealed that he will consider selecting Odemwingie over the coming matches.
"Peter has been part of my squad since the start of the season," he told the Birmingham Mail.
"The episode in January was obviously difficult for all concerned but we left the door open, we got him back in the squad and he still has to be part of the squad.
"I run with a small squad and I thought his introduction on Saturday was positive. Our dressing room is really good. It's a strong dressing room. We can handle this situation."
Odemwingie has made 18 appearances so far this campaign.
