West Bromwich Albion have reportedly narrowed their hunt for a new manager down to three candidates.
Brentford's Dean Smith, Bristol City's Lee Johnson and Leicester City's assistant manager Michael Appleton are in the frame for the Baggies hotseat, according to Sky Sports News.
Darren Moore has been in caretaker charge of the Midlands outfit since Alan Pardew was sacked last month after winning just one of his 18 games in charge.
That run of form has left the club on the verge of relegation to the Championship, lying five points away from a position of safety with just two Premier League games to play.
Previous reports have suggested that the Baggies are also considering Appleton as a potential candidate for the position of assistant manager if one of the other coaches is chosen over him for the top job.
