Report: Wales players, FAW body resolve payment dispute

A report claims that the recent dispute between a group of Wales players and the Football Association of Wales governing body has now been resolved in full.

Wales's players have reportedly resolved a dispute surrounding their payment bonus for reaching Euro 2016.

It had been claimed that there had been a disagreement behind the scenes after the Football Association of Wales supposedly offered a lower sum than previously agreed.

A report carried by BBC Sport earlier this week angered boss Chris Coleman, who decided to pull out of Monday evening's Wales Sports Personality of the Year awards in Cardiff.

However, it has now been suggested that an agreement has been reached thanks to successful talks held between a group of players - including Real Madrid star Gareth Bale - and the governing body.

The draw for next summer's European Championship finals will take place on Saturday evening, with the Red Dragons set to feature in their first tournament since the 1958 World Cup.
