Report: Ronaldinho to become free agent in January

Former Brazil striker Ronaldinho fails to turn up for pre-season training with Queretaro and could now leave the Mexican club in January.

Former Brazil international Ronaldinho could reportedly leave Mexican club Queretaro in January after failing to report for pre-season training.

The 34-year-old only joined the Mexican side in September – signing a two-year contract and going on to score three goals in 10 matches.

The attacker was due to begin pre-season with Queretaro on December 8, but has still not reported for action.

"It's something we have to talk about and we must, above all else, find a solution so that everyone is happy," Queretaro president Joaquin Beltran told reporters.

Ronaldinho has played for the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and AC Milan during an illustrious career.
