Toronto head coach Ryan Nelsen has insisted that no deal is in place to take Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar to the MLS.
Cesar has long been linked with an exit from Loftus Road, and while Nelsen has revealed that talks have been held, he has refused to confirm whether the Canadian club are close to signing the Brazilian stopper.
The 34-year-old told O Globo: "At the moment, I can't really comment because nothing has been finalised. I haven't spoken to Julio Cesar for a couple of days.
"It is something that would be really nice for the Toronto fans and the community to have a player of his skill, expertise and experience."
The former Inter Milan goalkeeper has made just one appearance for Queens Park Rangers this season.
