Swindon Town have signed central midfielder Ben Gladwin from non-league outfit Marlow FC.
The 21-year-old, who had been on trial at the County Ground, has put pen to paper on a contract that ties him to the Robins until June 2015.
"I've come from non-league football," he told Swindon's official website. "I've been quite fortunate that I've played quite well this season and I think Swindon came to watch me. I came for a few days on trial and they've decided to sign me.
"I've loved it here so far. The boys have been really welcoming - on the first day when I came in, they all introduced themselves and the training has been fantastic.
"I played in a training game earlier this week and the manager, Mark Cooper, said he was pleased and he was quite impressed. He has given me a few little bits of advice to improve and he's been really good."
Gladwin's previous clubs include Hayes & Yeading and Burnham.
