Swansea City reveal their dismay over the omission of their stars from the England squad.

Swansea City have revealed their dismay over the omission of their stars from the England squad.

Interim England boss Stuart Pearce announced his squad to face Holland yesterday.

Leading Swans goalscorer Danny Graham, wingers Scott Sinclair and Nathan Dyer, and midfielder Leon Britton had previously been tipped to feature for England.

"We are disappointed," said Swansea assistant Colin Pascoe. "The four lads England have been looking at have all been playing very well.

"We haven't had any feedback from the FA about why they are not involved.

"But we have only just got to the Premier League, so the boys will take it as a compliment just to be mentioned."

Swansea continue their top-flight campaign away to Stoke City on Saturday.
