Swansea City boss Garry Monk: 'We won't crumble after Chelsea defeat'

Garry Monk insists that his Swansea City team will not begin to crumble following Saturday's defeat to Chelsea.

Swansea City manager Garry Monk has insisted that his players will not be feeling sorry for themselves after losing to Premier League table-toppers Chelsea.

The Welsh outfit's unbeaten run came to an end on Saturday when they succumbed to a 4-2 loss at the hands of the Blues.

"Just because we lost a game, it isn't all going to come crumbling down and we'll be on our knees starting to cry," Wales Online quotes Monk as saying.

"It's about improving and making sure we learn from the mistakes we made against a very good side, and the players will do that because they are very good players."

The Swans are third in the league table, three points behind leaders Chelsea.
