Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup believes that his side would be struggling if it wasn't for the impact of forward Michu.
Michu has scored 22 goals in all competitions for the Welsh club since arriving from Rayo Vallecano last summer, and Laudrup has insisted that the Spaniard deserves the recognition he has been receiving.
The 48-year-old told Wales Online: "Michu deserves all the credit he gets, not only because of the low cost to sign him, but in his first season the way he has adapted so quickly is quite something.
"He has been so important, scoring 22 goals and without him we would be struggling."
Michu's contribution has helped the Swans to the brink of a top-10 finish in the Premier League, while they also won the Capital One Cup.
