Swansea City have reportedly identified Graham Potter as their preferred replacement for Carlos Carvalhal.
The Welsh outfit last week announced that Carvalhal had left the club, with Swansea having been relegated from the Premier League.
A number of potential candidates have emerged - including Frank de Boer and Willy Sagnol - but according to Sky Sports News, Ostersunds FK boss Potter is now considered to be the favourite.
During his time in Sweden, Potter has taken the minnows into the top flight, as well as guiding the team to the last 32 of this season's Europa League.
However, the Englishman is said to be ready to make a return to English football and it appears likely that the 43-year-old will manage in the Championship next season.
