Bafetimbi Gomis ruled out for up to four weeks

Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis will miss the next three to four weeks with a grade two hamstring strain.

Swansea City have confirmed that Bafetimbi Gomis will miss the next three to four weeks after picking up a hamstring injury last weekend.

The French striker, who had scored three goals in two matches prior to picking up the injury, lasted just over 15 minutes in the 1-1 draw with Everton at the Liberty Stadium.

The club confirmed that scans have shown a grade two strain, which will rule him out for at least three weeks.

Garry Monk will also be without the suspended Neil Taylor with this weekend's match against Leicester City, but Nelson Oliviera and Jefferson Montero have both returned to training over the last week.
