Stoke City boss Mark Hughes wants to sell midfielder Wilson Palacios this summer but is struggling to offload him, according to a report.
Palacios joined the Potters in August 2011 from Tottenham Hotspur but has struggled to make an impact at the Britannia Stadium since his £8m move.
Hughes wants to bring in several new players to the club but is finding it difficult to fund moves due to his failure to offload Palacios and his £26,000-a-week wages, reports the Daily Star.
The 28-year-old made just four appearances for Stoke last season.
