Report: Adama Traore holds talks with Stoke City

Stoke City are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Barcelona winger Adama Traore.

Barcelona winger Adama Traore has held talks with Stoke City representatives over a transfer to the Britannia Stadium this summer.

The 19-year-old has also been linked with Aston Villa and Liverpool, but it seems that Stoke are in pole position to land his signature.

The Daily Mail claims that Traore had dinner with Stoke officials last night, and is due to spend a day at the training ground, where he will meet up with ex-Barca players Bojan Krkic, Marc Muniesa, Ibrahim Afellay and Moha El Ouriachi.

Traore has scored eight goals for Barcelona B in two years.
