Stoke City chairman Peter Coates has confirmed that talks are underway to tie both Marko Arnautovic and Erik Pieters down to new contracts.
The duo both arrived at the Britannia Stadium in 2013 on four-year deals.
"Yes, they are contracts we are working on at the moment," The Sentinel quotes Coates as saying.
"We are always aware of these things, of where we want to go with them, and are trying to make sure we get things done in good time."
The Potters, who sit 11th in the Premier League table, play host to Crystal Palace at the weekend.
