Tottenham Hotspur, Wolverhampton Wanderers battling for Danish winger?

Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly gone head to head in an attempt to secure the services of Danish winger Robert Skov this summer.

The 23-year-old was in fine form for Copenhagen last season, scoring 32 goals in 48 outings in all competitions - by far the most prolific period of his career to date.

Spurs and Wolves have been monitoring Skov for some time, and according to El Desmarque, the two sides - as well as Spanish outfit Celta Vigo - have now made their interest official.

Copenhagen - managed by ex-Wolves boss Stale Solbakken - are said to be reluctant to sell Skov, who only moved to the Danish capital last summer on a four-year deal, although a bid of £10m could prove too hard to resist.

Skov's outstanding season led to him earning his debut with the senior Denmark side earlier this month when he started in their Euro 2020 qualifier against Georgia.
