Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly reached a stalemate in their bid to tie Christian Eriksen down to a new contract.
The 26-year-old, who joined Spurs for £11m in 2013 from Ajax, has less than two years left on his current deal at the North London club.
Barcelona and Real Madrid have been linked with Eriksen, while Paris Saint-Germain are also rumoured to be monitoring the Denmark international's situation.
According to the Daily Mail, talks have been going on for the last six months but no agreement is in sight because Eriksen wants to be paid on a par with Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris.
Kane, Son Heung-min and Mauricio Pochettino have signed new deals with the club over the past few months.
