Former Real Madrid striker Ronaldo has admitted that Gareth Bale will be under pressure to perform at the former Spanish champions.
The Welshman signed a six-year deal with Madrid on Sunday after spending six years at Tottenham Hotspur.
"If he does not play well, then certainly people will say that they have paid a lot of money and that he is not worth it," he told Cadena SER. "I would advise him to think only about football."
Ronaldo represented Madrid between 2002 and 2007.
