Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen has reportedly verbally agreed to join Real Madrid at the end of the season.
The La Liga giants are said to be prepared to meet Tottenham's asking price for the 27-year-old, believed to be in the region of £130m, despite having just one year to run on his contract.
Spanish outlet AS claims that Madrid have been encouraged that they will get a deal over the line in the summer as the Denmark international had provisionally accepted an offer from them.
Eriksen has played a direct part in 25 Premier League and Champions League goals combined this season, including a goal involvement in six of his last nine outings.
Tottenham, who have tried to hand the former Ajax ace a new long-term deal, have previously lost Luka Modric and Gareth Bale to Madrid this decade.
Fellow Premier League stars Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard may also be on their way to the Bernabeu ahead of next season.
