Jamie Redknapp: 'Dad would like to sign Sandro'

Jamie Redknapp says that Queens Park Rangers are eager to sign Tottenham Hotspur's Brazilian midfielder Sandro.

Jamie Redknapp has revealed that his father Harry would like to add Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro to his Queens Park Rangers squad.

Recent speculation has claimed that the R's had made contact with Spurs regarding the Brazilian, who was signed by Redknapp during his time in charge at White Hart Lane.

Speaking to Soccer AM this morning, Redknapp junior admitted: "I think my dad would like to sign him. There has been a conversation."

Sandro, 25, has previously been linked with Serie A outfit Napoli.
