As many as seven Premier League clubs are reportedly ready to battle for the signature of Middlesbrough right-back Djed Spence this summer.
The 21-year-old has thrived on loan at Nottingham Forest this season, registering two goals and three assists in 34 matches across all competitions.
Spence is due to return to Middlesbrough in the summer and has a contract at the Riverside Stadium until 2024, but his performances have supposedly led to interest from across the continent.
According to Sky Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenburg, seven top-flight English clubs are keeping tabs on the defender's future, with Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur among them.
Plettenburg adds that it may take a fee of €15m (£12.5m) to prise Spence away from Middlesbrough, and the player wants a final decision on his future to be made before the end of May.
Bayern Munich have also been credited with an interest in Spence, who has two goals to his name from 70 appearances for parent club Middlesbrough.
