AC Milan are reportedly locked in discussions with Tottenham Hotspur over Serge Aurier.
The Ivory Coast international was a key player under Jose Mourinho last season but has fallen down the pecking order at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following the arrival of Matt Doherty.
Spartak Moscow have recently been linked with the 27-year-old, but it is understood that the right-back turned down the chance to move to the Russian outfit.
According to the Daily Mail, Milan are showing an interest in the right-back and are currently in talks with Tottenham over the possibility of a deal before the transfer deadline at the start of October.
Aurier has still not played a minute of Premier League football this season and was left out of the squad entirely for Sunday afternoon's clash with Newcastle United, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Ivorian has a contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium until June 2022.
