How Tottenham Hotspur could line up against Huddersfield Town

Sports Mole looks at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Saturday's home Premier League match against Huddersfield Town.

Tottenham Hotspur can consolidate their place in the top four of the Premier League should they overcome bottom side Huddersfield Town in Saturday's early kickoff.

The Lilywhites have won just one of their last six top-flight matches, though that solitary win came last time out as they earned a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace.

After seeing off Palace in the first official match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and following that up with a 1-0 win against Manchester City in the Champions League, Spurs are now aiming to make it three from three at their new home.

Ahead of this weekend's clash in North London, Sports Mole looks at how Mauricio Pochettino could set out his side.

The only real negative from Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final first-leg win over Man City was the ankle injury sustained by Kane, which is expected to rule him out for the remainder of the campaign.

Son Heung-min filled in for Kane to good effect earlier this year, and he is the obvious choice to slot in for the return leg against the Citizens next week but, in terms of Saturday's visit of Huddersfield, Pochettino may opt to rotate his squad.

Fernando Llorente could therefore be recalled through the middle, giving Son a breather ahead of the City match, which ultimately takes priority.

Alli is nursing an injury to his wrist and is unlikely to be risked, meanwhile, and Aurier, Dier and Lamela are also fitness doubts.

At the back, Ben Davies and Davinson Sanchez are options should Pochettino indeed decide to freshen things up.
