Tottenham Hotspur are ready to offer Luka Modric a new contract worth £100,000 per week, according to The Mirror.
The Croatian centre-midfielder was the subject of numerous transfer bids from Chelsea during the summer transfer window, but Spurs refused to sell.
Now, Spurs are keen for the 26-year-old to commit his future to the club and will reward him by raising his reported £60,000-per-week deal by £40,000.
However, the contract will only be offered if Spurs finish in a Champions League place this season.
