Harry Redknapp wants a top-four finish for Spurs this season.

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has said that he wants Spurs to achieve a top-four finish this season, and to finish above Arsenal for the first time.

Tottenham's 2-1 victory over Blackburn yesterday means that they move to fifth place in the Premier League with 16 points, two places above rivals Arsenal.

"I don't know if we're favourites for the top four," Redknapp said. "We've never finished above Arsenal before and we'll have to do it this time I think.

"We've got a decent squad, good young players and I always thought we'd be there. I always felt there would be six teams scrapping for it this year.

"Manchester City will probably be the team to beat. But there's others as well, including us, and don't write Arsenal off."

Spurs qualified for the Champions League for the first time in 2010.
