Everton manager David Moyes is reportedly jetting back from holiday in America to speak to the club's chairman Bill Kenwright over potentially becoming the new Tottenham Hotspur boss.
The Scotsman is favourite to be named as Harry Redknapp's replacement following the 65-year-old's dismissal from White Hart Lane after four years in charge.
It is understood that the discussions at Goodison Park will centre heavily around Tottenham's impending approach for Moyes, who is thought to be interested in succeeding Redknapp, according to the Daily Star.
Reports have claimed that Moyes is Spurs chairman Daniel Levy's number one target but it is believed that Kenwright is determined to keep hold of the Scotsman by offering a him a huge pay-rise.
The 49-year-old celebrated his 10th year in charge at Goodison Park this season.
