Harry Redknapp is not currently interested in becoming the next manager of England, according to Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp is not currently interested in becoming the manager of England, according to the club's chairman Daniel Levy.

Redknapp has been heavily linked with the post ever since Fabio Capello announced that he would be leaving the role following the conclusion of Euro 2012.

However, Levy has insisted that Redknapp's focus is on his job with Spurs and has claimed that the 64-year-old is "very happy" at White Hart Lane.

"Harry has 18 months left on his contract," Levy told the London Evening Standard. "We have had a conversation that says as far as Harry is concerned, he is very happy here and that he doesn't particularly want to consider England at the present time.

"We will worry about that situation if it arises in the summer."

Spurs are currently fourth in the Premier League table, although they could move up to third should they win their game in hand.
