Nabil Bentaleb: 'Ryan Mason deserves England call-up'

Nabil Bentaleb has insisted that Tottenham Hotspur teammate Ryan Mason fully deserves his call-up to the England squad.

The midfielder was a surprise addition to the Three Lions setup for their games against Lithuania and Italy following Adam Lallana's withdrawal.

However, Bentaleb believes that Mason is a worthy member of the squad after impressing for Spurs this season.

England are back in action on Friday when they host Lithuania in a Euro 2016 qualifier.
