Southampton manager Ronald Koeman is reportedly weighing up a January bid for Galatasaray playmaker Wesley Sneijder.
The Dutch ace is said to be keen on quitting the Turkish giants next month after being one of several players to have had his salary affected in recent weeks.
Galatasaray are rumoured to be considering a sale in an effort to ease their financial worries and, according to The Mirror, the Saints could take him off their hands.
Agent Guido Albers represents both the 30-year-old and Koeman, who is thought to be determined to transform Southampton's fortunes once more after losing their last five games.
Sneijder, who earns £50,000 per week, is contracted to the Istanbul club until 2016.
