Sheffield Wednesday new boy Sergiu Bus suffers groin injury

Sheffield Wednesday will be without Sergiu Bus for their game against Millwall after he suffered a groin injury in the warm-up at Derby County.

Sheffield Wednesday striker Sergiu Bus has been ruled out of the Owls' next game after suffering a groin injury in the warm-up at Derby County yesterday.

The recent signing was named as a Wednesday starter for the second time at the iPro Stadium yesterday, but had to pull out 10 minutes before kickoff.

"We lost Sergiu Bus in the warm-up at ten to three," Owls boss Stuart Gray told the club website.

"It's a groin problem and it looks as though he will be ruled out for Tuesday (against Millwall)."

Wednesday twice led against Derby, but ended up losing 3-2 to the new Championship leaders.
