Sheffield United are reportedly keen to agree a new contract with midfielder John Lundstram.
Despite being a first-team regular at Bramall Lane, Lundstram started this season with just a year remaining on his contract.
The 25-year-old has since emerged as one of the club's key men in the Premier League, contributing three goals and one assist from 11 appearances.
According to The Star, club officials are now eager to agree fresh terms with Lundstram ahead of the January transfer window.
While the Blades are unlikely to consider any offers for the former Everton trainee, they are aware that they will receive interest in his signature should his future remain uncertain.
