Demba Ba has rejoined Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua from Turkish club Goztepe.
The 33-year-old, who first signed for Shanghai in 2015, scored 29 times in 37 appearances over two seasons with the team before completing spells at Besiktas and Goztepe.
Ba's time at Shanghai was cut short in his first stay, however, after the Senegalese international suffered a broken leg that threatened to end his career.
The striker recovered to return to Turkey, where he played until the end of last season.
Ba, who signed for West Ham in 2011, also spent time with Newcastle and Chelsea in the Premier League before the Blues offloaded the forward to Besiktas.
