A report claims that Hamburger SV midfielder Tolgay Arslan is a transfer target for Malaga and Sevilla.

Hamburger SV midfielder Tolgay Arslan is a reported transfer target for Malaga and Sevilla.

The 23-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the most talented midfielders in the Bundesliga, has previously been linked with a number of European clubs.
