Ronald Koeman sacked

Everton manager Ronald Koeman has been sacked following his side's 5-2 home defeat at the hands of Arsenal.
The Toffees spent almost £150m on summer signings but have won just two of their opening nine Premier League games to leave themselves in the relegation zone.
Everton have also picked up just one point from their opening three Europa League group games, leaving them struggling both domestically and abroad.
The heavy defeat to Arsenal at Goodison Park proved to be the final straw for the Everton board, who will now begin their search for a now manager.
