Former Chelsea defender Ashley Cole has joined Italian outfit Roma on a two-year deal.
The 33-year-old, who left Chelsea at the end of last season, flew into Rome earlier this morning before putting pen to paper on a two-year deal.
Liverpool had been strongly linked with the England international over the last couple of weeks, but the experienced defender's future has now been decided.
