Rennes have come from a goal down to claim a point at home to Lorient in their Ligue 1 clash at Route de Lorient.
The away side had a chance as early as the third minute, as Bruno Ecuele Manga rose highest to meet an Alain Traore corner, but he could only get underneath the ball as he sent it over the bar.

Lorient continued to play well and the next player to try his luck was Gilles Sunu, although his shot from just outside the box went narrowly wide of the post.
Then in the 17th minute Traore got the goal that Lorient deserved. He was found by a Jeremie Aliadiere cross and made no mistake with his header.
Rennes got into the game after going behind, but did not manage to level until the 72nd minute through a Paul-Georges Ntep header.
Both sides went for the win but apart from an Vincent Aboubakar effort for Lorient that was saved neither side created enough in the second half to take all the points.
