Real Madrid are reportedly planning to offer Kaka in exchange for AC Milan forward Stephan El Shaarawy.
Los Blancos are said to be keen on the flamboyant El Shaarawy and will proposition Milan with their Brazilian playmaker and €25m (£21.2m) for the 20-year-old, according to Gazetta dello Sport.
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani recently admitted that the club are willing to sell the player for the right price, and Madrid feel that the Rossoneri will accept their offer.
Madrid signed Kaka from the Italians for a then world record €65m (£56m) back in 2009, and the Serie A giants are thought to be interested in having the player back at San Siro.
El Shaarawy scored 16 goals for Milan last season as they finished third in Serie A.
