Real Madrid defender Marcelo is hopeful that fellow Brazilian Kaka will remain with the Spanish giants beyond the summer.
Playmaker Kaka has been strongly linked with a move back to his old club AC Milan after failing to make a huge impact at the Santiago Bernabeu in three years.
However, the 30-year-old's compatriot Marcelo believes that it would be good for both Madrid and Kaka if he remains in the Spanish capital.
"(If Kaka stays with us, it would be) good for Real Madrid and good for Kaka," the 24-year-old is quoted as saying by the club's official website.
"I've learned a lot from him and I want to continue learning," added Marcelo of Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.
Marcelo is currently on international duty for Brazil at the London Olympics.
