Kiko Casilla will reportedly be sold by Real Madrid in the January transfer window amid suggestions that the Spanish champions have agreed a deal for Athletic Bilbao's Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos is said to have informed his teammates that the club have completed a deal for Bilbao's 23-year-old goalkeeper ahead of the winter window.
Kepa has featured in 14 of Bilbao's 15 La Liga matches at the start of the 2017-18 campaign, and is widely regarded as one of the best young goalkeepers in European football.
Casilla, meanwhile, joined Real Madrid from Espanyol in 2015, and has only made 22 league starts during his time at the Bernabeu due to the presence of Keylor Navas as the club's number one.
According to Marca, the 31-year-old has now been deemed surplus to requirements, and a number of clubs been made aware of his availability next month.
Newcastle United had been strongly linked with a move for Casilla during the summer transfer window.
