Karim Benzema has reportedly been offered a lucrative contract in order to move to Saudi Arabia this summer.
Benzema has not yet signed a new contract with his Real Madrid deal up in the summer, despite some reports claiming that a deal had been agreed.
Therefore, AS claims that Benzema could be tempted after reportedly being offered a €400m (£345m) contract to join his former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi league next season.
The current Ballon d'Or holder has had a mixed campaign with some minor injury concerns disrupting his season as Real Madrid fell short of La Liga and Champions League glory.
Those issues saw the Frenchman make just 23 appearances in the league, as Barcelona comfortably won the La Liga title.
Benzema's legend status at the club is set in stone though, having scored over 350 goals for Los Blancos in his 14 years in the Spanish capital, after joining from Lyon in 2009.
With Lionel Messi also said to be in talks to make the move to Saudi Arabia, Ronaldo may have some illustrious company after he joined in January.
