Porto defender Eder Militao will not be on the move in the January transfer window but could join Real Madrid at the end of the season, according to his agent Giuliano Bertolucci.
Militao, who started his professional career with Sao Paulo before moving to Porto in August 2018, has been linked with a number of European clubs in recent weeks.
Manchester United and Liverpool have both been credited with an interest in the Brazilian, but it was recently claimed that Madrid already have a 'verbal agreement' with the defender.
According to Bertolucci, Militao will not be leaving Porto this month, although there is a chance that he could move to the Bernabeu in this summer's transfer window.
"There is no possibility of the player leaving his current club in the winter market," Bertolucci told AS. "We're not ruling out his signing for Real Madrid in the summer."
Militao is believed to have a £45m release clause inserted into his current deal.
