Zinedine Zidane has reportedly become increasingly 'tired' at Real Madrid and is ready to step down as head coach of the Spanish giants at the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
The Frenchman is in his second spell in charge of Los Blancos and has enjoyed huge success at the helm, winning two La Liga titles and three Champions League crowns.
Madrid were knocked out of the Champions League at the semi-final stage by Chelsea on Wednesday night, though, meaning that they only have the league to fight for in the final weeks of the campaign.
Zidane has a contract at the Bernabeu until next June, but according to Goal, a number of players at the club are of the opinion that he will walk away from his position this summer.
The report claims that 'a tired and annoyed Zidane' has become disillusioned with life at Madrid and is no longer enjoying the role due to the changes that have occurred due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Los Blancos are allegedly still hopeful of convincing him to stay for another 12 months but will respect any decision that the former midfielder makes.
The reigning Spanish champions are next in league action against Sevilla on Sunday night.
