Zinedine Zidane reveals that he will remain as Real Madrid's assistant manager next season.

Zinedine Zidane has revealed that he will remain as Real Madrid's assistant manager next season.

The Frenchman has been strongly linked with a number of managerial positions, including a return to his home nation with Marseille.

However, the former Los Blancos midfielder has said that he will continue to act as Carlo Ancelotti's assistant for the 2014-15 campaign.

"At the moment I am here and I will continue here," Zidane told reporters.

"Let's see what happens. I'm enjoying the experience [of coaching]. It's not the same as playing, but I'm enjoying it."

Zidane represented Madrid as a player between 2001 and 2006.
