Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has dismissed speculation that he does not get along with his Real Madrid counterpart Sergio Ramos.
The duo, who are expected to form the centre-back pairing for Spain at Euro 2012, had reportedly fallen out during a recent El Clasico meeting between their respective clubs.
However, Pique has insisted that he has a "good understanding" with his international colleague.
"I get on fine with Sergio Ramos," Pique told reporters. "We know where we're headed at this European Championships and I feel proud to form part of the team and I am very happy to be playing beside Sergio.
"I have a good understanding with him. Maybe I'll have to work a bit more with Sergio but given his quality it's very easy to play alongside him."
Both players were part of the Spanish squad that won Euro 2008 and the World Cup in 2010.
