Ola John unsure over Reading future

Striker Ola John, who is on loan from Benfica, is unsure if he will remain with Championship side Reading next season.

Ola John has conceded that he does not know if he will be a Reading player next term.

The winger is coming towards the end of his season-long loan stint at the Madejski Stadium from Benfica.

However, despite having revealed that he is "happy" at the Championship outfit, John stressed that his future is dependent upon a number of factors.

"I cannot say yes I'm going to stay because people have to buy or rent me again so that's not to do with me," the Reading Post quotes the 23-year-old as saying.

"When an offer comes in then I can always think about it. I am happy at Reading, it's a really nice club.

"All I can say is that I just have to wait because nothing has come in yet. I don't know where to go so we'll have to see."

John has made 28 appearances in all competitions for the Royals.
