Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp reveals that he wants to sign "four or five" players before the start of the new season.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has claimed that he is looking to sign "four or five" players before the start of the new season.

The Championship club suffered a setback on Friday when they were beaten to the signature of Celtic's Gary Hooper by Norwich City.

However, Redknapp is still confident that a handful of new players can help QPR gain promotion back to the Premier League.

"We're still building a team," he told Sky Sports News. "There are still four or five targets that I'm still chasing but when I put my team together I think we will be a strong team."

QPR get the season underway at home to Sheffield Wednesday on August 3.
