Chris Ramsey: 'No approaches made for Leroy Fer'

Queens Park Rangers boss Chris Ramsey says that the club have received no bids for midfielder Leroy Fer.

Queens Park Rangers head coach Chris Ramsey has stated that the club have received no transfer bids for midfielder Leroy Fer.

The Netherlands international has been linked with a move away from Loftus Road since QPR's relegation from the Premier League, with Spanish side Sevilla mooted as a potential destination.

Fer has also been linked with Newcastle United, but Ramsey has played down reports linking the 25-year-old with a move away.

"We've not heard anything," the QPR boss told West London Sport.

"He's a good player and there has been speculation, but of the players there has been speculation over he's been the least asked about."

Fer joined QPR from Norwich City last summer.
