Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp reveals that midfielder Kieron Dyer is not in his plans and is free to leave Loftus Road.

Queens Park Rangers have announced that midfielder Kieron Dyer is free to leave the club after activating the player's release clause in his contract.

The 34-year-old, who moved to the club in the summer of 2011, earned the struggling Premier League side an FA Cup third-round replay against West Bromwich Albion by scoring the equaliser in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

"I'd like to thank Kieron for his services to QPR," manager Harry Redknapp told the club's official website.

"If he can stay clear of injuries I'm sure there's clubs out there that will offer him the chance to play football. He wasn't in my plans and I think he's got something to offer someone, so we wish him all the best."

Dyer made just four starts and four appearances from the substitutes' bench during his stint at Loftus Road.
