Queens Park Rangers midfielder Ji-Sung Park insists that he is just happy to be fit again despite losing the captaincy to Clint Hill in Saturday's 1-1 draw against West Bromwich Albion.

Ji-Sung Park has insisted that he is not upset by losing the captain's armband at Queens Park Rangers and is just happy to be fit after three months out injured.

Park made his first start since October on Saturday in the Hoops' 1-1 draw at home to West Bromwich Albion in the FA Cup.

QPR manager Harry Redknapp decided to keep Clint Hill as skipper but the South Korean believes that he must focus on producing on the pitch, with or without the captaincy.

He told reporters: "I respect the manager's decision and I don't really care about that.

"I am an experienced player so I can help the team with or without the armband."

Park, who has recovered from a knee injury, added: "I'm happy to be back playing again.

"Last week we won against Chelsea and we had to keep our momentum and not lose the game. After the game I had no pain so I am really happy."

Kieron Dyer scored a last-gasp equaliser for the home side to earn QPR a replay against the Baggies.
